Bickie is a software tool that helps you organise your own financial data. It is not financial product advice. Calculations are best effort and based on the rules and rates we've modelled at the time. Always confirm material decisions with a registered financial adviser or tax agent.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms (spam, abuse, fraud).
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time — your access continues to the end of the current paid period. All prices in AUD inclusive of GST. Refunds for unused time issued on request for the first 30 days; outside that window, on a case-by-case basis.
Availability
We aim for high availability but offer no formal uptime SLA. Bickie is provided on an "as is" basis.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged in-app and on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
