Privacy

Bickie is built and operated in Australia. The short version of our privacy stance: your financial data is yours, we don't sell it, and we don't advertise against it.

What we collect

• · Account email, password hash, display name.
• · The financial data you enter — transactions, schedules, accounts, mortgages, calculators inputs.
• · If you opt in to bank feeds (Basiq), the read-only data Basiq returns about your accounts.
• · Anonymous usage metrics (page views, feature usage) via Vercel Analytics — no personal identifiers.
• · Crash logs via Sentry, scrubbed of personally-identifiable information.

What we never do

• · Sell, share, or rent your data.
• · Show you third-party advertising.
• · Store bank credentials. Bank feeds use Basiq's read-only consent flow.
• · Use your numbers to train models we don't control.

Your rights

You can export everything (JSON) at any time from your account settings. You can delete your account and all associated data permanently with one click. Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and request correction or deletion.
